CANCELLATION POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT: Please read the below before booking an appointment to avoid any cancellation charges due to a missed appointment.

We understand that sometimes it's necessary to change your schedule. To accommodate your needs and those of other clients, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Timely Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us no later than 48 hours in advance. This allows us to reallocate the appointment slot to another client. You will receive an appointment reminder either via text or email before the 48 hour cancellation period, allowing you plenty of time to notify the salon of your wish to re-schedule or cancel your booked appointment to avoid incurring any cancellation charges.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a minimum charge of 50% of the service cost. The salon reserves the right to charge 100% of the service cost for a missed appointment, no show or failure to notify within 48 hours of the appointment time.

3. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated failure to attend booked appointments will result in you being unable to book any further services at Beautifully Gorgeous without prior agreement from Beautifully Gorgeous.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your service, and it may be considered a late cancellation.
